Processing Time

All our pieces are handmade, so please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be processed before dispatch. During festivals or launches, processing may take slightly longer — we promise it’s worth the wait! 💕

Shipping Time

• Your order will be delivered within 14 days from the date of purchase.
• You’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp once your parcel is on its way.

Shipping Charges

• We offer free shipping across India on prepaid orders above ₹6000.
• For smaller orders, a minimal shipping fee may apply, shown at checkout.

COD Orders

• COD (Cash on Delivery) is available on select pin codes.
• Please note: Only prepaid orders are eligible for return or refund.
