By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. Handmade with Love
Each Tanirah piece is carefully handmade. Slight variations in color, embroidery, or finish are natural and part of the beauty of handcrafted work — not considered defects.
2. Orders & Payments
- Orders are processed only after full payment (for prepaid orders).
- COD (Cash on Delivery) orders are accepted where available, but only prepaid orders are eligible for returns or refunds.
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled after 12 hours.
3. Shipping
- We ship pan-India through trusted courier partners.
- Your order will be delivered within 14 days from the date of purchase.
- Delivery time may vary based on your location.
4. Returns & Exchanges
- Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery for prepaid orders only.
- Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in original packaging with all tags.
- Return shipping cost is borne by the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
- Refunds are processed as store credit or bank refund within 7–10 working days after inspection.(For full details, please see our Return & Refund Policy page.)
5. Product Care
Our garments are handmade — handle them gently 💕
We recommend dry cleaning or gentle hand wash only to preserve the embroidery and fabric quality.
6. Intellectual Property
All photos, content, and designs on this website belong to Tanirah. Reproducing or using them without permission is not allowed.
7. Privacy
Your privacy matters to us. We never share your personal information with third parties except as required for payment or delivery.
